On October 14, 2015, Allianz Global Investors GmbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights on the company Ströer SE, Ströer-Allee 1,
50999 Köln, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the voting rights on
October 13, 2015 and on that day amounted to 4.98%. This corresponds to
2,432,865 voting rights out of 48,869,784 voting rights issued by the
company.

Of these voting rights 1.21% is to be attributed to Allianz Global
Investors GmbH pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG. This
corresponds to 591,910 out of a total of 48,869,784 voting rights issued by
the company.
