On November 02, 2015, Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on Ströer SE, Köln, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10%
thresholds on November 02, 2015 and on that day amounted to 11.59%. This
corresponds to 6,412,715 of the 55,282,499 voting rights issued by Ströer
SE. The Deutsche Telekom AG acquired the voting rights in Ströer SE by way
of a capital increase in return for a non-cash contribution.
