 On November 25, 2015, Allianz Global Investors GmbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights on the company Ströer SE, Ströer-Allee 1,
50999 Köln, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on November
20, 2015 and on that day amounted to 5.88%. This corresponds to 3,249,040
voting rights out of 55,282,499 voting rights issued by the company.

Of these voting rights 1.69% is to be attributed to Allianz Global
Investors GmbH pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG. This
corresponds to 935,822 out of a total of 55,282,499 voting rights issued by
the company.
