Entities related to the founding families announce sale of shares in Ströer
SE

Entities related to the founding families Ströer and Müller (together the
"Selling Shareholders") have notified Ströer SE ("Ströer" or the "Company")
that they intend to sell and transfer a total of up to 5,385,773 shares of
Ströer.

This is equivalent to approx. 9.74 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital and slightly less than the number of shares which the Selling
Shareholders received from a capital increase as consideration for the sale
of the Ströer Interactive group in 2013. Ströer shares which were directly
or indirectly owned by either of the two founding families already at the
time of the Company's IPO in 2010 shall not be part of the present sale.

The shares shall be placed with institutional investors in a private
placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding.

The Selling Shareholders have informed us of their commitment to a
twelve-months lock-up period for their other shareholdings.
