Grossly unlawful reporting about Ströer by manager magazin

In an interim injunction dated April 13, 2021, the Hamburg regional court has prohibited manager magazin, under threat of punishment, from publishing eight key passages from the report ‘Digital-Guerilla’ dated February 18, 2021.

Previously, manager magazin had voluntarily undertaken not to publish six other passages from the report, subject to a contractual penalty if they failed to comply. The report was littered with errors and incorrect information.

Legal action is likely to be brought soon concerning ten other inaccurate contentions. The entire report had no real basis and constitutes an incomprehensible slur on a successful family business by the manager magazin authors.
